We went down to the Mid-Norfolk Railway station - Wymondham Abbey - as it's Wartime Weekend. Although many people seemed to take more interest in Little Willie than the large green steam engine - Mayflower.
I've had to fit some more handlebar rubbers. It seems you just cannot get good quality ones these days, and they perish and split after only a few months.
Now I know you purists out there won't approve, but I've fitted some 'custom' grips that are nicely padded and help cut out much of the vibration felt through the handlebars. Not original, I know, but comfortable, very well made, and won't perish or split!
Hopefully, we'll be back again after lunch to see what happening again on the Mid-Norfolk line.
