I went down to Wymondham Abbey station to see the train on my (dare I admit it?) Honda, and the first thing the level-crossing keeper said was: "Where's your Little Willie, then?" My Bsa Bantam has become quite a celebrity it seems
Little Willie's MoT ran out on Saturday and there are still a few things to check out - mainly wheel alignment since fitting the new back tyre and a slight wiring problem revealed by the new battery. With the headlights on, if I press the horn button the lights go out, although both the horn and lights work OK on their own. I think there's not enough wattage getting to the lights/horn when used together. I noticed the posi-earth lead, plus the lead to the lighting switch and from there to the headlight earth, is the same thickness as all the other wiring whereas it should be heavy duty for the increased wattage demand.
